Fish Consomme dilemma

Today whilst watching the news and being saddened by Michaels death, decided to cook “Consomme de poison”; disaster strikes; the ‘Grouper’ fish cut, protioned, attempting to boil the first 5 minutes, adding Ginger (to take away the fish-smell) plus lemons, cut. Second boil, added spices, pepper, salt, Sake (Japanese Rice wine), green onions, chopped. The fish soup kind a bitter as the lemons weren’t good (should have tasted them before..) So after adding Rice Vermicellis, Vegetables .. the shock .. hmm bitter .. still, the fish is ok, but the soup is a disaster …
